Meet Hani AlAita, a seasoned marketing and business development leader with two decades of experience in top-tier multinational organizations like Pfizer, Abbott, Johnson & Johnson, and Danone. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of QFIL, an AI-Driven Fintech startup with a vision to revolutionize the trading and finance industry by providing disruptive fintech solutions that minimize risks and maximize gains.

Hani's passion for challenging the status quo with insightful technologies and digital adaptation has led to transformative growth for several brands and categories across Canada, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Pakistan. He believes in mentoring disruptive early-stage startups and provides start-up advisory services related to business plan and financial models, brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, fundraising, and marketing strategy.

Hani's entrepreneurial journey began during his college days when he co-founded Rentamovie.ca, one of the first e-commerce virtual movie rental companies in Canada that competed with Netflix. Later, prior to starting his MBA, he sold the company. He pursued an MBA in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from York University, Canada, and holds a Computer Science degree from McGill University, Canada. Additionally, Hani is a certified Fintech professional from Harvard Business School.
