Jamil has been an active member of the MENA startup ecosystem since 2013. His expertise encompasses venture capital, business development, program management and ecosystem development. He has worked with leading entrepreneurship enablers including Endeavor, Seedstars and MAGNiTT.
During his career, Jamil has founded and joined regional startups in Digital Media, Enterprise SAAS and F&B, participated in a Food-tech Accelerator in Kuwait and managed a government-led entrepreneurship program in Saudi Arabia. Before joining Grubtech, Jamil was an Account Manager at MAGNiTT, consulting VCs, Government Agencies, Corporates and Global Technology companies on Venture Strategy in the MEAPT. He is currently an Entrepreneur in Residence at Grubtech, a fast-growing SaaS company developing cutting-edge software for restaurants and cloud kitchens.
Jamil is supporting Grubtech through optimising Revenue Operations, Strategic Partnerships and Fundraising.
