The UAE refers to people with disabilities as ‘people of determination,’ in recognition of their achievements in different fields. Brazil-founded EdTech startup Key2Enable, which is registered in ADGM, is developing technologies to aid them.
Their Key-X keyboard, for example, was developed with the support of people with cerebral palsy, to aid people with this condition to communicate, learn and develop their knowledge and capabilities.
"Thanks to ADGM, foreigners can work in Abu Dhabi, and businesses can expand globally from here," Jose Rubinger Filho, Co-Founder and CCO of Key2Enable, said.
