The Emirates Angels Investors Association has been selected to receive the Startup Community of the Year award at The Enterprise Agility Awards 2021.
The Enterprise Agility Awards 2021 is an awards ceremony organized by Entrepreneur Middle East and presented by du that recognizes the individuals and enterprises that have made an outstanding contribution to the MENA region’s business ecosystem.
Held on December 15 at Sofitel, The Palm, Dubai, Emirates Angels took the stage to receive the Startup Community of the Year Award for their continued efforts in bolstering the culture of angel investing in the emirate of Abu Dhabi.
A non-profit organization, Emirates Angels is accelerating the startup scene in Abu Dhabi by forming a network of passionate and active investors that can contribute to the early investment stage in the region, by focusing on tech-based startups with a sector-agnostic approach.
The Association focuses on educating both investors and entrepreneurs on the fundamentals of startups, angel investing and venture capital, through providing them with educational resources, coaching, networking opportunities and mentorship programs.
