The EmaraTax app, available on both Apple App Store and Google Play, has facilitated over 4,570 transactions. It offers a suite of digital services, empowering users to manage tax operations with precision, speed, and transparency.
Continuously updated to align with the FTA’s service expansion plans, the app caters to VAT, Excise Tax, and Corporate Tax procedures. It enables users to perform various tasks, including registration, tax return submission, payment processing, refund requests, and more.
Adding 15 Corporate Tax services to the app further streamlines tax processes, ensuring seamless implementation and compliance. These services cover registration, data amendment, deregistration, account management, and banking data modification.
H.E. Khalid Ali Al Bustani, FTA Director-General, emphasized the EmaraTax app’s role in offering 35 digital tax services, in line with the UAE Government’s Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme. He highlighted the Authority's commitment to enhancing efficiency, quality, and agility.
Abdulla Al Bastaki, Executive Director of the Information Technology Sector at the FTA, emphasized the app's role in advancing tax systems, aiming to position the FTA as a global leader. He underscored the collaboration with stakeholders and the integration of UAE PASS for seamless access to services.
The FTA, in its commitment to stakeholder engagement, consulted taxpayers and stakeholders for insights during the app's development. This proactive approach reflects the Authority's dedication to continuous improvement and user-centric service delivery.
