Business school INSEAD will be hosting a webinar titled "How to Get More Women in Tech?" next month, on Thursday, 7 April 2022, 8:00 PM GST. The session will run for 60 minutes.
Diversity is critical. Studies show that diverse companies perform better, hire better talent, have more engaged employees, and retain workers better than companies that do not focus on diversity and inclusion.
Tech is no exception. Diversity in tech enables companies to create better, safer, and more inclusive products. Hear from a recent field experiment conducted by Lucia Del Carpio, Assistant Professor of Economics, and Maria Guadalupe, Professor in Economics, how to get more women in tech.
