Justmop, the online cleaning and beauty provider serving the UAE and KSA, launched today as the first, third-party service on the Careem Super App for Dubai-based customers.
Careem recently conducted extensive market research and determined that customers across the region use cleaning services regularly but report high levels of dissatisfaction with the often cumbersome process of arranging these services offline. Careem partnered with Justmop to allow users to arrange cleaning with just a few taps in Careem’s app.
Speaking about the partnership with Justmop, Adeeb Warsi, Managing Director of Platforms at Careem said: “Together with Justmop we’ve removed friction to create a simple, seamless experience with integrated payments and backed by our world-class customer care. Careem users can now book Justmop cleaning service in Dubai and soon in Saudi Arabia. Customers don't need to go through the steps of creating a new user profile, adding their location or payment method - they can simply continue using their existing Careem profiles with the ability to use credits or saved payment methods in their Careem wallets. Housemates, sharing a space and the costs for a cleaning can easily split the bill using Careem Pay’s new easy bill-split feature.
