Prop-AI, a real estate technology startup using artificial intelligence to transform property discovery and decision-making, has raised $1.5 million in a pre-seed round. The round was led by Plus VC, with participation from Joa Capital, Select Ventures, Oraseya Capital, Plug & Play, and angel investors from Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
Founded in 2023 by Ranime El Skaff and Christian Kunz, Prop-AI’s platform helps buyers, investors, and professionals automate property search, analysis, and investment decisions using AI and machine learning. The startup aims to build what it calls the "Bloomberg for real estate", creating a seamless experience powered by real-time data, market insights, and intelligent recommendations.
Rapid Growth and Regional Recognition
Prop-AI has tripled its revenue in Q1 2025 and recently received the AI Seal of Excellence from the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence, becoming the first proptech company to earn the recognition. The accolade highlights the company’s contribution to the UAE’s growing AI ecosystem.
With the newly raised capital, Prop-AI plans to:
-
Expand its regional data integrations
-
Enhance its AI capabilities and infrastructure
-
Launch a Prop-AI Business platform for real estate professionals
-
Develop enterprise APIs
-
Introduce Agentic AI solutions tailored for real estate
The platform is also launching a revamped user interface, featuring an interactive investor map that consolidates key market data to support real-time, data-informed decisions.
