So, what is recruitment? 

Recruitment is a long and complex process that involves bringing in new people into a company. It is not only about finding a suitable employee but also about making them comfortable and getting them ready to start working in your business.

 

The recruitment process is made up of 5 stages:

  1. Defining the Role
  2. Attracting the applicants
  3. Managing the application and selection process
  4. Conducting interviews and selecting the right employee
  5. Onboarding the new employee
