Situated within Dubai Internet City, a prominent tech hub under TECOM Group PJSC, the centre aims to empower Alibaba Cloud’s partners and clients by providing training, workshops, and certifications. It joins a community of over 3,500 customers, including Fortune 500 companies, SMEs, and startups, driving digital transformation in the region from Dubai Internet City.
In collaboration with leading security service provider Aladdin Cyber Security, the Training Centre will host monthly programs covering diverse cutting-edge technologies, from AI to database management. These initiatives are part of a broader endeavor to keep ecosystem partners and customers abreast of the latest Alibaba Cloud technologies and foster digital talent.
Aligned with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33's vision to double the city's economy through digital transformation and the UAE Centennial 2071's blueprint for a knowledge-based economy, the training program aims to support these ambitious goals.

Alibaba Cloud aims to train 5,000 individuals in the MEA Region over the next five years. This physical training centre complements the virtual training programs offered by Alibaba Cloud, which have empowered digital talents globally.
Since April 2023, the Alibaba Cloud Academy program has trained over 60,000 individuals worldwide, offering over 300 online & offline certification courses, 16 professional certifications, and 250 online hands-on labs in collaboration with over 300 global partners.
Alibaba Cloud has been a key cloud services provider to local private companies and public institutions in the UAE and the wider Middle East region since 2016. With a robust local ecosystem in the MEA region, it serves partners across various sectors, including banking, finance, insurance, media, and public sectors.
Established in Dubai in 2023, Aladdin Cyber Security offers a range of professional security services and solutions, including network boundary protection, defense against ransomware, and protection against Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) attacks.
