UAE-based law firm BSA, in partnership with communications firm TishTash, is inviting SMEs and startups to a special informational session on all things trademarks.
The "Protecting Your Trademark" session will explore:
- Knowing the trademark concept: an overview
- What makes a "good" trademark
- Protecting your trademarks
- Trademark and trade name
- Enforcing your trademark
Munir Suboh, Head of Intellectual Property, BSA will lead the conversation during the session. He was named by Asia Legal Business (Thomson Reuters) as one of the Top 50 Lawyers in the Middle East in 2021.
