Business school INSEAD will be hosting a webinar titled "Demystifying NFTs" next week, helping shed light on this increasingly controversial component of the blockchain world.
Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) are increasingly considered modern-day collectibles – and their market is skyrocketing. With a sale price of $69.3m, the third-most expensive work from a living artist ever sold is an NFT. In 2021, the estimated value of NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain totalled $40.9bn while the global art market was worth $50.1bn. Deep dive into the space and learn about the use cases of NFTs as well as business and legal challenges with industry experts Peter Evans (Managing Partner, Platform Strategy Institute), Isabelle Bonnet (Partner, Blockchain Solutions), Nathalie Braz (Law professor, University Sorbonne Abu Dhabi) and INSEAD Professor Pavel Kireyev.
The session will be held on Wednesday, February 23rd, 8:00 PM GST.
You can register here.
