Happening soon: Industrial SMEs invited to apply to 'Make it in the Emirates' training programme

The programme, dubbed Access SMEs, will explore topics such as Supply Chain Design, Manufacturing and Environmental Sustainability, and more.

The Ministry of Industry & Advanced Technology is accepting applications for the Access SMEs programme, a free-of-charge English-language training course for industrial SMEs, which falls within the scope of the new public-private Make it in the Emirates initiative.

The Access SMEs programme and the wider Make it in the Emirates SMEs Lab are both in line with Operation 300bn, the Ministry’s 10-year national strategy that aims to empower and expand the industrial sector to become a key driver of the UAE economy.

The Access SMEs training modules have been developed by Procter & Gamble, and are designed to develop core capabilities in areas such as operations, quality, supply chain, sourcing, marketing, sales and finance and accounting, as well as providing companies with the tools to access local, regional, and global markets.

The programme will take place over 3 weeks, meeting twice a week for 3-4 hours. A new topic will be covered during each day.

Meetings will be held in Dubai, at the P&G I-Dubai Innovation Centre in Emirates Towers. Meeting dates will be disclosed soon.

The deadline to apply is December 14th. You can apply here.
