The Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC) has selected 52 mentees to take part in the 4th cycle of its Mentorship Programme, which will continue for a period of six months.
The mentorship programme offers hands-on and professional training to enhance the experience and competitiveness of the participants in the business environment.
The program aims to provide the participants with valuable expertise, support and guidance.
Tremendous success
Nadine Halabi, Business Development Manager at DBWC, said that the previous cycles of the programme have greatly contributed to enhancing the skills of over 100 members of the council, calling on the mentees to seize this opportunity to boost their competitiveness in the business world.
"A customized plan will be set up according to the professional needs and requirements of each mentee. This includes personalized mentoring to help improve the skills and experiences of the participants which will enable them to advance their careers."
Halabi stressed the DBWC's mentorship programme meets all the needs and requirements and keeps pace with the best practices adopted in the mentorship and professional guidance field.
The Dubai Business Women Council's mentorship programme is the first of its kind in the region targeting businesswomen and female entrepreneurs and it's a major initiative for institutional, personal and professional development in the business environment in Dubai.
The list of companies who took part in cycle 4 of the program and provided mentoring opportunities for the participants include representatives from Property Finder, Microsoft, Bayut | dubizzle, Visa, Emirates Airline, Edelman, Dell, PwC and many more.
