Morgan Stanley Opens Office in Abu Dhabi 

In a statement, Clare Woodman, Head of Morgan Stanley EMEA and CEO of Morgan Stanley & Co International plc, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion, stating, "We are pleased to strengthen our regional presence by establishing an office in Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Arvind Ramamurthy, Chief of Market Development at ADGM, welcomed Morgan Stanley to Abu Dhabi, emphasising the emirate's appeal as an International Financial Centre. He highlighted the significance of this expansion, affirming Abu Dhabi's position as an attractive hub for global financial players seeking strategic growth opportunities.

The inauguration of the ADGM office coincides with The Investment Forum, Morgan Stanley's inaugural two-day event in the Middle East. This event aims to facilitate collaboration between global alternative investment firms, corporates, and regional investors. The forum, set to become an annual gathering alternating between key MENA locations, signifies Morgan Stanley's commitment to the region.

Patrick Delivanis, Regional Co-Head of MENA at Morgan Stanley, underscored the firm's focus on serving the sophisticated investor base in the MENA region. He emphasised the office's role in providing local and regional clients access to Morgan Stanley's institutional securities business and asset management services.
